RED WATCH ORIGINALS PROGRAM

Created to support small, rural, and underfunded departments.

Red Watch Originals is a storytelling initiative dedicated to agencies that cannot afford professional media services but still deserve to have their story told.

This is a separate storytelling program that provides a deep discount but comes with strict guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements

Departments must:

  • Have 45 or fewer sworn members

  • Demonstrate budget limitations

  • Lack internal media or PIO media resources

  • Apply and be selected by Red Watch Media

Participation is limited and highly selective.

What’s Included

  • One 35–45-minute documentary

  • Professional edit, color, and audio

  • Public release on Red Watch Productions’ platforms

  • Department may share the published episode freely

Rights & Restrictions

  • Red Watch Productions retains full ownership of all footage and edits

  • Episode is branded as a Red Watch Original

  • No raw footage provided

  • No custom revisions

  • No private or exclusive versions

  • Not intended for standalone recruitment campaigns
